Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (for orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Gardener’s Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with an item, here’s how our returns process works:

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fertilizers and Soil Amendments (opened products)
  • Potting Soil Mixes and Seed Starting Soils (opened bags)
  • All types of Seeds (Flower Seeds, Fruit Seeds, and Herb Seeds)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

  • Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging
  • Include your return authorization number (written on the outside of the package)
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation
  • Ship your return using a trackable method (keep your shipping receipt)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement item after receiving your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items
