Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fertilizers and Soil Amendments (opened products)
- Potting Soil Mixes and Seed Starting Soils (opened bags)
- Seeds (all types including Flower Seeds, Fruit Seeds, and Herb Seeds)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and include:
- Your return authorization number (written on the outside of the package)
- A copy of your order confirmation
Ship your return using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item after receiving your return.
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
