We offer a selection of both heirloom and hybrid seeds, with many organic options available. Each product listing specifies the seed type so you can choose what works best for your garden.

How do you protect delicate seeds during shipping?

All our seed packets are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready for planting.

How do I create an account?

During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This allows you to track orders and save your information for future purchases.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We offer seamless global delivery to gardeners worldwide, except for certain Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

What are my shipping options?

We offer two shipping methods:
Express Garden Starter Carrier: DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing) – $12.95 flat rate
Free Growth Journey Carrier: EMS (15-25 business days after processing) – Free on orders over $50

How long does order processing take?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your package begins its journey to your garden.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening supplies. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer 15-day returns from the delivery date for unused products in their original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Are there any non-returnable items?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pest control products or opened bags of soil/amendments.
